Claims must be received via email with regards to the following time-frames:
- Package not received, but noted as delivered by the carrier - 5 days from date of delivery noted on tracking.
- Package received damaged or incorrect - 5 days from date of delivery noted on tracking.
- Package lost in transit - Within 15 days of last tracking update.
If a claim is not received via email within the allotted time-frame, your claim may be denied and Goorin Bros will not be held responsible.
*Goorin Bros is not responsible for stolen packages once confirmed delivered. If package theft is a concern to you, you can typically request a hold for pickup directly with the carrier or leave them a note.
